There was NO SELF-SERVE KIOSK! Yippeeeee! The young woman running the place was a total boss, taking orders at the counter, on the headset, picking up garbage, cleaning tables, helping an old guy figure out his money! Idk if she was a manager but she certainly should be! My husband n I were impressed! Our food was promptly delivered hot and tasty!! Thanks " Angeline" for your professionalism! @Jackson,ca #4336

I'm glad Jack in the Box is in the Richmond district. I don't understand the low ratings. I really enjoyed the free burger I got there through the T-Mobile Tuesday rewards app. I also ordered curly fries which was so yummy. I got the good good sauce, which is like the Chick FilA sauce but a little bit spicy. I also got the avocado lime sauce which is a bit too sour, since I would've prefer a more avocado guacamole taste. There is no seating except the outside table, but there is free parking. I picked up my order from the app really fast. You cannot select a pick up time though, so it's best to order when you're about to pick it up.

This location is much better than the one in Union Square. Less sketchy, homeless, and you feel actually welcomed here. Not that the other location is at fault because of that. I always order from the app for pick up. The service is stellar here, my food is always hot, especially the fries.

Super friendly service and understanding. I was hungry and did not pay attention to the app and selected to wrong location, both Jacks were on Geary Blvd. The first was on the 400 block and the second on the 4000 block. When I went to pick up my lunch at 11th Avenue on Geary, the staff looked puzzled. Upon doing further digging, I had placed the order at the wrong location. The manager who most understanding and credited my purchase and allowed me to receive my ordered meal. She didn't have to be so nice, but she was. Thank you so much....

My occasional guilty pleasure at this JIB is their egg rolls, all their breakfast sandwiches, and their shakes. Wait- what?!? With Clement Street a block away with all the Dim Sum takeouts you like their egg rolls?!? That's right. It's deliciously fried. Delicious and consistent. Most of the dim sum places nearby serve egg rolls with cabbage inside only and they tend to be super greasy. While it's piping hot, it's not too greasy here. Their breakfast sandwiches are what you'll expect from a fast food joint. Service is usually efficient and courteous. Not much ambiance as it's a small restaurant and I take almost everything to go when I do visit.

Even after all the shakes I've had, my favorite is still the oreo shake from Jack In the Box! The shake is THICC and the Oreo pieces, although blended in, are still in good chunks that give the perfect crunch. Also I am just finding out that you can order extra whipped cream and cherries for free?? As a fast food place you can't really expect anything to be fancy or restaurant level but everything was average clean when I went (both the indoor and outdoor area). Service was very quick, simple but kind.

The crispy, melty texture paired with a zesty dipping sauce truly made my taste buds dance.
